The ground floor lobby is home to Callover Café where friendly and helpful staff serve great specialty coffee and dramatic liquid nitrogen treats. The café is the ideal location for more informal meetings or for lunch.

The Exchange Tower Function Centre is available for hire to both customers of One William Street and external parties. Book the space to collaborate, think, discuss, meet, brainstorm, focus,celebrate, incubate, challenge, recharge, host and inspire.
